I’m Carolyn, some folks know me as C-Sea. I’m an interdisciplinary artist, certified yoga instructor & sound healer. I whole heartedly believe in the power of mindfulness, creativity, and holistic wellness. I practice body positivity and neutrality, celebrating bodies of all shapes and sizes. It’s been said that Health is Wealth- so let’s practice together. What are we practicing? Presence. Listening. Greeting the present moment. Greeting our bodies, minds, breath, and spirit. Making things. Being alone. Being in community. Infusing our lives with our innate creative brilliance, one small step at a time.
